5 Step Aqua Facial Treatment Process
There are five relaxing and life-changing steps in the 30-minute Aquafacial treatment session.
Step 1: Cleansing and Exfoliating
The trained Aqua facial aestheticians at Premier Image Cosmetic and Laser Surgery use a deplaning tool to open the pores and remove the uppermost layer of debris and dead cells away. This process feels like a spinning toothbrush being moved over the face.
Step 2: Acid Peel
Most glycolic peels cause the skin to sting for a few minutes until it is washed off, the Aqua facial acid peel is a unique peel comprised of glycolic and salicylic. This Aqua facial acid peel is gentle and only creates a faint tingle, but produces amazing results.
Step 3: Extractions
This step in the treatment unclogs pores. Rather than completing manual extractions, the Premier Image Cosmetic and Laser Surgery aestheticians use a vortex-extraction nozzle, which acts as a gentle vacuum that lifts and cleanses clogged dirt. The cup at the base of the extraction machine holds all that is extracted. Patients are happy to see the results the extraction produces.
Steps 4 and 5: Hydration and Serum Application
Steps four and five are completed with a vortex-fusion tool, which infuses a serum that is high in antioxidants and collagen into the skin. This process promotes improvements in elasticity and hydration.
